Cupow Return Policy

At Cupow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our custom laser-engraved cups. If for any reason you are not happy with your cup, we offer a flexible return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Standard Return Policy

  1. One-Time Return Guarantee:

    • You may return any cup once for any reason. No questions asked.
    • To initiate a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our website. Please visit our Returns page to request an RMA.
    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • Once we receive your returned cup, we will send you a new cup of the same design.
  2. One-Time Refund Option:

    • If you are unsatisfied with your cup, we also offer a one-time refund.
    • The terms are the same: you must obtain an RMA from our website and cover the return shipping costs.
    • If you have already received a free replacement cup, you are not eligible for a refund.

ForeverCup Program

Our ForeverCup program is designed for our customers who wish to enjoy our products for a lifetime. This program allows you to return your cup as many times as you like under the following conditions:

  1. Unlimited Returns:
    • You can return your cup an unlimited number of times for any reason.
    • Each return must follow the same RMA process as the standard return policy.
    • The customer is responsible for obtaining an RMA from our website and covering the return shipping costs.
    • Upon receiving your returned cup, we will send you a new cup of the same design.

Return Process:

  1. Request an RMA:

    • Visit our Returns page on the Cupow website.
    • Fill out the RMA request form with your order details and reason for return.
    • You will receive an RMA number and return instructions via email.
  2. Ship Your Cup:

    • Package your cup securely to prevent damage during shipping.
    • Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
    • Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. Receive Your Replacement or Refund:

    • Once we receive your returned cup, we will process your return and send you a replacement cup of the same design, or issue a refund if you opted for the refund.
    • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your replacement cup has been shipped or your refund has been processed.
